National Cross Country: Race Video

After returning from a long block of base training in Kenya I was able to blow a few cobwebs away with my first race since July last year.

Hampstead Heath was basking in full winter sunshine and buzzing with the sound of the stalwart athletics fans.

Will post a full race report shortly but made up to come 3rd and the closest ever I’ve been to the lead. Glad to be back!
